About
Commercial cleaning in Montreal since 2016
Our own Ninjas do the cleaning, and they’re paid fairly. You get your price in under 2 minutes and proof of every visit.
The short version
Ninja Bleu is a Montreal commercial cleaning company, founded in 2016 and based on Chabanel Street. Our own Ninjas do the cleaning: independent pros, each required to carry liability insurance, and paid fairly. You get your price from a video in under 2 minutes, a written contract and a record of every visit.
What we do
We clean. Then we built the software to prove it.
Our own Ninjas clean your space: independent pros, each required to carry liability insurance, and paid fairly. We never send you a list of cleaners to pick from. Our model is built so the same people keep coming back.
The rest is software: a quote from your video, a price set by our algorithm, a written contract, payment by card, a record of every visit and a plan for when something goes wrong. Same terms for everyone, in writing before your first payment.
Why we work this way
Good for our Ninjas. Better for you.
In most cleaning contracts, either the client or the cleaner gets squeezed. Not here. We pay fairly, our Ninjas stay, and the same people keep coming back to your space.
Your price is math, not a negotiation. Same rates for everyone, and no haggling later. Underpaid cleaners leave. Ours stay, and they get to know your space.
Good cleaning goes unnoticed. You notice when it stops. So we make sure it doesn’t: proof of every visit, a price fine-tuned over your first 5 visits, and disputes settled on the record.
