Priced area by area
In a plant, the locker rooms and the lunchroom need far more cleaning than the warehouse floor. Everything in your contract is cleaned on the same schedule, so only include the areas that need it. Our service area has 3,406 manufacturers and 4,451 wholesalers with 1 to 99 employees, 7,857 in all, more than restaurants and bars (Statistics Canada, June 2026).
Most industrial buildings have very different areas under one roof: offices, locker rooms, loading docks, production areas, high-traffic washrooms. Each one has its own rules. Hard to explain over the phone, easy to show on video.
Price an office and a loading dock the same way and you overpay for one or get shortchanged on the other. Your quote prices each area you film on its own, so you pay for the areas that need cleaning and nothing else.
Good to know. Tell us your site rules (PPE, restricted areas, the dock that can’t be blocked, the alarm) when you get your quote, and they go into your contract. Your Ninja is the independent cleaner assigned to your site, and they see those rules in the app before the first visit.

What’s different about cleaning a warehouse or a plant?
Heavier soil, and several very different areas under one roof. Locker rooms and washrooms get heavy use, and production areas have their own safety and access rules. Tell us your site rules when you get your quote and they go into your contract.
Do you charge more for my type of business?
No. If anything, a big space with light traffic lowers your price per square foot. Your price comes from the square footage you film, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length. Your quote spells out what we clean, where, and what we don’t touch.
How much does it cost?
The areas you include and how often we clean, all on one schedule. Want a lower price? Leave out the areas that don’t need us. For reference, Montreal cleaning companies that post their rates charge $0.07 to $0.30 per square foot a month, and large, low-traffic buildings sit at the low end. Do you handle hazardous materials or specialized industrial cleaning?
No. Hazardous materials, production machinery and anything that needs a licensed contractor are a job for a specialist. We do routine cleaning of the areas in your video, floors included, and we restock supplies.
