What you’re agreeing to
1. About Ninja Bleu
We run commercial cleaning through our app: we organize the service, schedule visits, handle payments and document every visit. The cleaning is done by Ninjas, independent cleaning professionals. Once you’re a client, communications, approvals and change requests go through the app.
2. Who we work with
We’re built for regular, scheduled cleaning. Shorter or more flexible contracts are possible, on different terms. You pick what fits your business.
3. Two contract options
12 months: a steady schedule, operational priority and our lowest rate. No annual commitment: more flexibility, shorter contracts possible (3 to 6 months, for example), at the regular rate. The more flexible the contract, the higher the rate.
4. Free trial
Whichever option you choose, you start with a free trial of 3, 7 or 14 days, depending on your monthly price. You’re not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at no cost before the first charge. At least a day before it ends, we’ll let you know that automatic payments are about to start.
5. How you pay
You need a credit card to start the service, but you’re not charged until the trial ends. After that, your card is charged automatically, on the billing schedule you agreed to when you signed. You see that schedule before any charge.
6. What’s covered
Your service covers what you signed up for. Extras show up in the app for your approval first, and we never bill one you haven’t approved.
7. Disputing a visit
Every visit is documented in the app. To dispute one, report it in the app within 2 business days of receiving the visit report (section 29). After that, the visit counts as accepted.
8. Your data
Messages and service data live in the app. When your service ends, you lose app access. We keep the data securely for up to 24 months, to meet legal obligations or in case you come back, then delete it.
9. Ending your service
Cancelling is free during the trial. After that, give 45 days’ written notice in the app. If you end your contract early, extra conditions may apply. Those rules are set from the start.
10. The bottom line
Steady, predictable service, with the same terms for every client. Flexibility is available on different terms, and the free trial lets you see the work before you decide.
