Every contract starts with a free trial of 3, 7 or 14 days, depending on your monthly price, covering up to $1,500 of service.

What happens when

You sign up
We keep your card on file but don’t charge it. Your schedule is set. Service starts as early as 7 days after you sign.

You try it
Visits start, each time-stamped and documented in the app. Nothing is charged. Cancel anytime before the first charge and pay nothing.
- 03
We give you a heads-up
At least a day before your trial ends, we let you know automatic payments are about to start. Do nothing and your service continues.
- 04
Your first charge
It covers the rest of that month, prorated. Then you pay the full monthly price on the first of each month.
Your first 5 visits
If your space isn’t what the video showed
If your first 5 visits show the job is more than 10% bigger or smaller than your video showed, we adjust your price, up or down. You have 48 hours to accept it or cancel with no penalty. They can run past the trial, so an adjustment can come after your first charge.
After the trial
Ending your service
Once the trial ends, your contract terms apply. To end your service, give 45 days’ written notice in the app. If it ends mid-month, you pay only up to your end date. A 12-month commitment renews for another 12 months unless you give 45 days’ written notice, in the app, before it ends.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, to start the service. We don’t charge it until your trial ends.
How long is my free trial?
It’s 3, 7 or 14 days, depending on your monthly price, and covers up to $1,500 of service.
What if the service isn’t right for me?
Cancel in the app before the first charge. You owe nothing.
Can my price change after the trial?
Yes, but only in two cases. If your first 5 visits show the job is more than 10% bigger or smaller than your video showed, we adjust your price, up or down, and you have 48 hours to accept it or cancel with no penalty. That’s the only change in your first year. After that, your rate goes up once a year, on your contract anniversary, by 3% to 6%, tied to inflation, with 60 days’ notice.
