No. We’re not the cheapest either, and that’s on purpose. Prices far below market don’t last. Within months, the cleaning slips or the company folds. Our price is fair to you and to the person doing the work. That’s what keeps the work good month after month.

Commercial cleaning in Montreal costs $0.07 to $0.30 per square foot per month, with a minimum of about $420 a month. That’s the going rate in Montreal, based on rates cleaning companies published in August and September 2026. Your Ninja Bleu price comes from the square footage in your video, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length. Never your industry. Never what we think you can afford. You see your exact price, plus tax, at the end of your video quote.

No. You choose. Commit to 12 months and you get our lowest rate. It renews automatically each year unless you give 45 days’ written notice, in the app, before the term ends. Month-to-month costs 35% more, and you can leave with 45 days’ written notice, given in the app. Either way, you pay monthly by card. Your price, plus tax, is confirmed over your first 5 visits (see the next question).

Yes, but only in two cases. If your first 5 visits show the job is more than 10% bigger or smaller than your video showed, we adjust your price, up or down, and you have 48 hours to accept it or cancel with no penalty. That’s the only change in your first year. After that, your rate goes up once a year, on your contract anniversary, by 3% to 6%, tied to inflation, with 60 days’ notice. Nothing changes in between.

No. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are added to your total and shown before you confirm. No setup fees. No travel fees added later.

Yes. Your price is built on what can be measured: the square footage in your video, the types of rooms, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length. Same math for everyone. No guesswork. What you don’t film isn’t counted, so film everything, room by room.

No. Your video replaces the site visit. Nobody comes out, you don’t lose half a day showing someone around, and your price is just as accurate.

With your phone. Start your quote and a QR code walks you through it: about 10 seconds per room. That’s all it takes.

We use them to set your price and define what’s covered. They’re stored securely on our servers, never sold, and kept for up to 24 months after your service ends, then deleted, unless we’re legally required to keep them.

Yes. Call 514-360-9170 or email info@ninjableu.ca. The quote is self-serve on purpose, so you compare and decide on your own time, with no sales rep. Once service starts, you track every visit in the app. Direct messaging with your Ninja is coming soon.

Your Ninja: an independent pro with their own liability insurance. We’re built so the same Ninja comes back every visit. If they ever need to be replaced, your access details and instructions are handed over through the app. Every visit is time-stamped, so you see who came and when.

Yes. Your Ninja comes when you want: evenings, overnight, early mornings or weekends. Your schedule is written into your contract, and the time of day never changes your price.

We send another Ninja from your area. It’s in your contract. Your keys, codes and instructions are handed over through the app. No new quote. If no replacement is possible within a reasonable time, you may get a credit for the missed visit.

Report it in the app within 2 business days of receiving the visit report, and we’ll deal with it. Every visit is documented with its time, location and photo report, so we check the record and look at both sides. If the visit can’t be redone within a reasonable time, you may get a credit.

Yes. Every Ninja has their own liability insurance. If something’s damaged during a visit, we file the claim with their insurer and include the visit record.

No site visit, no sales rep. You film your space, see your price in under 2 minutes, sign a written contract, pay by card, and every visit is logged in the app. Our Ninjas do the cleaning, and we manage the whole service.

You get up to 14 days free. Nothing is charged, and the trial covers up to $1,500 of service. Not for you? Cancel and pay nothing. We’ll let you know at least a day before your trial ends and your first charge goes through. That charge covers only the rest of that month, prorated.

Yes. Cancelling is free during the trial. You haven’t been charged anything. After that, give 45 days’ written notice in the app and pay only up to your end date.

We don’t sell data that identifies you. We use your contact details, videos and visit records to price and deliver your service. When your service ends, you lose app access. We keep your data securely for up to 24 months, then delete it. See our privacy policy for details.
