How often do you need commercial cleaning?
Too few visits cost you customers. Too many cost you money. Here’s how to get it right.
The short version
An office with fewer than 10 people usually needs cleaning 1 to 2 times a week. With 10 to 40 people, 2 to 3 times. Clinics need 5 visits a week, restaurants 5 to 7, gyms 7. Count people, not square feet
Two spaces the same size can need very different schedules. What matters is daily foot traffic, visitors, meals on site, flooring and washroom use.
