Questions about pricing?
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Montreal cleaning companies charge $0.07 to $0.30 per square foot per month, with contract minimums often around $420 a month, based on rates posted in August and September 2026. Your exact price depends on four things: the square footage in your video, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length. Not your industry, and not what we think you can afford. You see it, plus tax, at the end of your video quote.
Can I go month-to-month?
Yes. It costs 35% more than a 12-month contract, and you can end your service with 45 days’ notice. The 12-month contract gets you our lowest rate.
What happens during the free trial?
Nothing is charged. You get up to 14 days to see if the service suits you, and you can cancel free during that time. We let you know at least a day before your first charge.
