Why Ninja Bleu
Why Ninja Bleu: five questions for any commercial cleaning company in Montreal
Ask them before you sign. Here’s our answer to each.
The short version
Before you sign with a commercial cleaning company in Montreal, check five things: how the price is set, a written task list before the first visit, proof of every visit, a trial period and a clear notice period. Our own Ninjas do the cleaning, and we put all five in writing.
Before you sign
Ask these five questions.
We looked at 16 commercial cleaning companies in Greater Montreal in August 2026. Not one lets you sign up the same day. Here’s where they fall short, and our answer.
01How is the price set?
Most companies negotiate. Your price depends on your industry, how big you look and what they think you’ll pay. Two neighbours with the same space rarely pay the same.
Our answer Your price is math: the square footage you film, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length. Same rates for everyone. It’s on your screen in under 2 minutes, before you talk to anyone. No haggling later.
02How do I know the visit happened?
Without proof, you find out when the place looks dirty. Too late. Most contracts don’t require a record of visits.
Our answer Every visit is time-stamped and geotagged, with a photo report in the app. You see who came and when. If there’s a disagreement, we go by the record, not anyone’s word.
03Who comes in to clean?
Crews keep changing. They’re often underpaid, so they leave. Turnover is the number one reason cleaning slips.
Our answer Our own Ninjas: independent pros, each required to carry liability insurance, and paid fairly. So the same people keep coming back, and they know your space.
04What if something goes wrong?
Often, there’s no plan. You call, you get a promise, and nothing changes.
Our answer Flag it in the app within 2 business days of your visit report. We check both records, yours and your Ninja’s, and can send someone back. If we can’t get it redone in a reasonable time, we may credit you. It’s all logged in your account.
05What am I signing up for?
Often, a contract that renews without telling you, a long notice period and no trial.
Our answer Your call: 12 months at our base rate, or month-to-month for 35% more. Both prices upfront. Either way, up to 14 days free and a reminder the day before your first payment. To end your service, give 45 days’ notice.

Frequently asked questions
Questions? Straight answers.
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Montreal?
Montreal cleaning companies charge $0.07 to $0.30 per square foot per month, with contract minimums often around $420 a month, based on rates posted in August and September 2026. Your exact price depends on four things: the square footage in your video, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length. Not your industry, and not what we think you can afford. You see it, plus tax, at the end of your video quote.
Do I need a site visit to get a price?
No. Film your space with your phone, room by room. Your price is on screen in under 2 minutes. No appointment. No sales rep.
Who actually cleans my space?
Our own Ninjas. We’re a cleaning company first. We also handle price, contract, schedule, payment and a record of every visit. The same people keep coming back, and every visit is time-stamped, so you can check.
How do I switch cleaning companies?
Check the cancellation clause in your current contract first: term, renewal, notice. Our switching guide shows how to change over without a gap in service.
