What’s different
Cleaning around your appointments
Thirty patients a day through a 300-square-foot waiting room means a lot of hands on a lot of surfaces, and your appointment book decides when we clean. Our service area has 6,791 health clinics with 1 to 99 employees: 4,382 doctors’ offices, 1,268 dental offices and 1,141 other health practices (Statistics Canada, June 2026). One in six businesses in TMR is a doctor’s office. In Westmount, one in eight.
A clinic has more high-touch surfaces than an office, tighter cleaning windows and confidential files on site. Tell us your hours and confidentiality rules when you get your quote and we write them into your contract.
We clean when your appointment book says we can. We do routine cleaning, not regulated medical disinfection, and we’d rather say so than let you guess.
Good to know. In a clinic, who comes in matters as much as what gets cleaned. Your Ninja is the independent cleaner assigned to your clinic. You’ll see their name in the app and a time stamp for every visit. Nothing gets moved. Nothing gets read. Your access hours, set by your appointments, are in your contract. If your Ninja ever changes, the new one gets your access details and confidentiality rules through the app.

FAQ
Questions? Straight answers.
What’s different about cleaning a medical or dental clinic?
More high-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, waiting room armrests), tight cleaning windows around your appointments, and confidentiality on every visit. Your hours and confidentiality rules are part of your contract, so you never have to repeat them.
Do you charge more for my type of business?
No, and your confidentiality rules don’t cost extra either. Same rates for every business: your price comes from the square footage you film, how often we clean, your plan and your contract length.
How much does it cost?
Your square footage and how often we clean. The waiting room and washrooms usually need daily cleaning, and the whole clinic is cleaned on that schedule. Working around your appointments and confidentiality rules costs nothing extra. For reference, Montreal cleaning companies that post their rates charge $0.07 to $0.30 per square foot a month, and a clinic cleaned daily sits near the top. Film your clinic and see your exact price in under 2 minutes.
Do you handle biomedical waste?
No. Biomedical waste, instrument sterilization and clinical disinfection protocols are a job for a specialist and stay with your clinic. We do the routine cleaning: washrooms, waiting rooms, offices, floors and high-touch surfaces, and we restock supplies.
