No. We price 2,500 square feet as 2,500 square feet, whether 6 people work there or 15. Add how often we clean, your plan and your contract length, and that’s your price. Your quote also lists what we won’t touch.
How much does it cost?
Your square footage and how often we clean, never your headcount. A 4,000-square-foot floor with 6 people is priced on 4,000 square feet, not on 6 desks. 2 or 3 visits a week is typical for an agency. A headcount quote can be off by a factor of three.
